My mother Barbara LeMond has been at Juniper for 12 years. The staff is loving and caring and great with her routines and meds. The facility is beautiful and so pleasant and the food is wonderful. Cannot recommend it highly enough for your loved one. Laura LeMond

My grandma has been here for a few weeks for rehab and recently I’ve noticed some great new things happening. I met their new directors, the food is so delicious, and the staff are very sweet. We chose the best place for my abuela.

Takes hours sometimes to answer call lights. Staff could use more training. Most of the staff does as much as they can with the tools they have. Appears to need more staff with better pay. Try to work with mgrs to resolve issues. Food is good. Lots of activities. Only 2 staff for 2 floors which impacts safety n quality of care. Excuse is we don't have enough staff to provide services. I don't see any upper mgmt pitching in to help

I had my mom in skilled nursing at Juniper Village on Spicewood Springs rd in Austin, she did very well in therapy. The nursing staff is phenomenal. We toured the assisted living as well which we also loved but decided to take mom home for now. This community has a very home like feel. Enjoyed our time there.
