The apartment was clean when we moved in, and the few minor repairs we requested were completed in a timely manner. So far, we’ve had a good experience. We’re new to the community and look forward to settling in!
Customer satisfaction is not their top priority. They are just trying to get by day-to-day and get their checks. When I first moved here, I was quoted three different prices of what I needed to pay before move in day. On the day of moving, I ran into somebody and asked her what she thought about it and, she said that in her FIRST MONTH living there she had mold and an issue with her refrigerator freezer door, not opening and it took them weeks to come and fix it. I’ve been here for over a month now and have had a great experience so far. The community is clean, the location is great, and communication has been excellent. Brett, the leasing/management team, and the maintenance team have all been great—very helpful, responsive, and always willing to listen and help when needed. I really appreciate everyone’s effort. Looking forward to continuing to enjoy living here!
Work orders are long. Takes 1-3 mths for someone to come by and fixed what needs to be fixed. Gate entrance is broken more often than I'd like which allows the public to have access to residents entrances and parking spaces. Some residents don't pick up after their fur babies.
