Moved here almost a year ago and overall my experience has been pretty standard. Of course it has its flaws but TBH most apartments do. All my maintenance requests were answered and handled. Anytime I had a problem or question I was able to speak directly with Brett or the staff. And the community is pretty laidback and quiet. I rarely hear any loud music or noise. I am a new resident here and spoke to property manager Brett about a maintenance and electrical issue. Brett immediately walked me through the process of submitting a request through the property app. Few days later a maintenance team member by the name of Andrew came to my unit and fixed both issues very quick and he was very professional as well. Thank you both again.
