The staff is kind, the units are nice and the location is great. HOWEVER there are a lot of hidden fees and hidden rules that would prevent me from recommending this place to others-such as the parking situation! This complex has the absolute worst parking conditions, they leave 8 spots for visitors which are usually not full but in the event that they are, you may not park within the gate (that has been opened for months) even if you have paid. I just moved here, and Brett and Jaden have been amazing in helping me get settled in. They’re always prompt with responses and quick to fix anything I notice. Don’t pay attention to the bad reviews, they’re really great! The trash valet service is also super convenient and a nice perk.
I just wanted to once again, express my sincere gratitude to Brett and his very capable staff, Jaden and Andrew for their continued support and dedication to all they do for me and the Juniper community. If I could give zero stars, I would. Juniper Sandy Springs has been the worst living experience I’ve ever had. When I first moved in, everything seemed great but once the management & the maintenance team changed, the entire property went downhill fast. They started tacking on random, unjustified charges and stopped responding to maintenance requests altogether. Emails go unanswered, phone calls aren’t returned, and any issues are met with blame rather than solutions. They’ll tell you that you’re using appliances incorrectly... read more
I just got done touring with Jaden and it was absolutely amazing. He is very knowledgeable about the floor-plans and the amenities. He made to sure to show me everything the property has to offer. He went above and beyond to make sure that the apartment I viewed meet my needs. I love the club room and the work from home stations. If you come tour Juniper Sandy Springs be sure to ask for Jaden you won’t be disappointed.
