Jaden was amazing. From the day I first toured here, he made my transition seamless. It was the excellent service that intrigued me into moving here and gave me reassurance. I’ve felt welcomed since day one. He is very thorough with his communication and was so patient with all of my questions. His customer service exceeded my expectations and it was a pleasure working with Jaden.

The staff is kind, the units are nice and the location is great. HOWEVER there are a lot of hidden fees and hidden rules that would prevent me from recommending this place to others-such as the parking situation! This complex has the absolute worst parking conditions, they leave 8 spots for visitors which are usually not full but in the event that they are, you may not park within the gate (that has been opened for months) even if you have paid. I just moved here, and Brett and Jaden have been amazing in helping me get settled in. They’re always prompt with responses and quick to fix anything I notice. Don’t pay attention to the bad reviews, they’re really great! The trash valet service is also super convenient and a nice perk.
I just wanted to once again, express my sincere gratitude to Brett and his very capable staff, Jaden and Andrew for their continued support and dedication to all they do for me and the Juniper community.
