I’ve been here for over a month now and have had a great experience so far. The community is clean, the location is great, and communication has been excellent. Brett, the leasing/management team, and the maintenance team have all been great—very helpful, responsive, and always willing to listen and help when needed. I really appreciate everyone’s effort. Looking forward to continuing to enjoy living here!
Work orders are long. Takes 1-3 mths for someone to come by and fixed what needs to be fixed. Gate entrance is broken more often than I'd like which allows the public to have access to residents entrances and parking spaces. Some residents don't pick up after their fur babies.
Boy in office is not friendly at all. I came for a tour and was rushing so I forgot my ID I offered to show a picture and give something for collateral while touring. I was turned around after driving 40 mins. No longer interested in property.
Pros: Tour was good, I did a self-guided (even though I hate those bc i'm left to figure things out on my own), but I loved the layout, the gym, and the pool. The apartment has big refrigerators which I love and balconies. Cons: 1. I noticed the one bedroom I viewed has a tub shower one of the main reason I wanted to move here was because their website and all their virtual tours show stand up glass showers.
