If I could give zero stars, I would. Juniper Sandy Springs has been the worst living experience I’ve ever had. When I first moved in, everything seemed great but once the management & the maintenance team changed, the entire property went downhill fast. They started tacking on random, unjustified charges and stopped responding to maintenance requests altogether. Emails go unanswered, phone calls aren’t returned, and any issues are met with blame rather than solutions. They’ll tell you that you’re using appliances incorrectly... read more

I just got done touring with Jaden and it was absolutely amazing. He is very knowledgeable about the floor-plans and the amenities. He made to sure to show me everything the property has to offer. He went above and beyond to make sure that the apartment I viewed meet my needs. I love the club room and the work from home stations. If you come tour Juniper Sandy Springs be sure to ask for Jaden you won’t be disappointed.

Rude leasing office staff. On July 22nd 2025 I went to Juniper Sandy Springs to do a self guided tour of an apartment. When I arrived I went into the leasing office and noticed one leasing agent helping a couple. There was another leasing agent in the front left office on the computer. The leasing agent who was helping to couple did not speak to me when I came inside. He did not say have a seat I’ll be right with you. He did not say did I have an appointment or anything. I was a resident at this complex for several years right from the beginning with IMT (should have left earlier), but what happened toward the end of my time there was extremely disappointing and the most brutal experience. I stored business inventory in one of the on-site storage unit and with management’s awareness, emails proved correspondence, and it was stolen in two separate incidents.
