If resident safety matters to you, think twice. After being stalked and followed onto the property and threatened by a non-resident, who police ultimately had to trespass, management’s response was simply a legal disclaimer explaining why they weren’t responsible. There was no follow-up, no check-in, and no genuine concern shown for resident wellbeing. The lack of professionalism and empathy in handling a serious safety incident was extremely disappointing. Did a tour. It’s nice but apartments are too small for what they want to charge. The new paint job is horrible. Dark grey, light grey, and navy blue make the place dark and gloomy. Would be nicer just cream or white with tan or brown accents.

I’ve lived at Juniper Sandy Springs for five years, back when it was IMT, and it used to be a great place to live—but it has steadily declined. Amenities have either disappeared or don’t function: the pool hasn’t opened in years, the pet grooming station is unusable, packages go missing, and recently “updated” key fobs barely work.
