Under new management as of sometime in 2024. It was decent for the price and then they raised it. Not worth it for the size anymore. The old management was great, the new management is not. If you live here pleeeeease do yourself a huge favor and be insanely detailed, and take a picture of the damage report you send into them when you move in. This is a great place to live - until you try and move out. They are the poster child for hidden fees. You want to move out but your contracts not over? $500. Oh and we’re gonna be super cryptic about this in all your paperwork but we need 8 days between your move out and the next tenant to clean & do maintenance. *Oh but you’re paying for it in rent as if you were still living there* oh and even if your apartment is spotless on inspection we cant have that because we need to get as much money from you as possible so we will... read more
Great pricing. Office people are helpful and responsive. Apartments are well maintained.
I've been living here for about 7 months now and love it! It is so nice to have a spare room. The upper levels have balconies which are so nice, especially in the warmer months. The ceilings are also super high which helps the apartment feel more spacious.
