Horrible first impression, the lady that answers the phone was not very impersonal. Not helpful at all, and I would think for a counseling place the friendliness would be very important.
The ladies at the front check in desk are amazing , kind gals . Elise and Jason are exceptional counselors , kind , compassionate, professional , I have learned and grown so much while seeing them.
