Don’t do it. This establishment routinely double books rooms. We showed up and were told in a not so kind way that we didn’t have a reservation. The man at the counter denied that we had a reservation and had prepaid for the room. With the desk clerk being no help, we tried the phone number in the email confirmation.We did speak with your customer service representatives. They stated we had no reservation as well. Don’t do it. This establishment routinely double books rooms. We showed up and were told in a not so kind way that we didn’t have a reservation. The man at the counter denied that we had a reservation and had prepaid for the room. With the desk clerk being no help, we tried the phone number in the email confirmation. They stated we had no reservation as well. Later, while reading other reviews across multiple websites, I found their practice of double booking seemed standard operating procedure.

Checked out earlier do to bed bugs. Would not give me a refund and was very rude about the whole situation.

8/8 2026 just pulled in to get a last-minute Motel we were having troubles with our bank accepting the payment and the guy yelled at us in front of our kids to leave and stay in the streets if we have no money would not recommend this place if it was the last place to stay completely rude unrealistic experience would never spend my money there the man literally came out of the building and yelled at me and my wife in our car in front of our children

Scams, aggression, deafening noise, and intimidation—DO NOT STAY HERE If I could give this property zero stars, I would. This was hands down the worst, most unprofessional, and frightening motel experience of my life. My husband was working on-site in Warm Springs during local fire conditions, and I stayed in the room to work remotely. From day one, the owners treated us with pure hostility.
