I was really excited to stay here, but OYO randomly cancelled my reservation and said I wasn't eligible for a refund! I have tried multiple times to get in touch with their customer service but since it's all automated and automatically hangs up on me or sticks me in a loop on their chat, I havent been able to get a hold of anyone. Welcome to the future, I guess.
Had an awesome stay, Will visit again. The area is too serene and the property provides amazing hospitality, had a comfortable sleep at night.
Don't stay here. No hot water. Bathroom flooded. When I tried to tell mgr what happened I was called a liar. Extremely rude and unprofessional. A gutter would be better to stay in
