When checking in I was told I was going to be charged $95. I gave him 100 cash. The guy then said that it was another 20 for deposit. I was going to leave and I asked for my change and he said he didn't have change just for 5$ that I would get my change back when he gave me my $20 deposit back. The next morning he didn't give me anything when i checked out. The hotel room was dirty there was cockroaches, hair, in the bathroom the lid to the fan was hanging about to fall off.

I booked this hotel by accident and when I called to see if they can cancel it. The hotel member that picked up the phone hung up the phone on me. When I reached out to booking service hotels.com they told me that hotel told them that I was checked in. I was an hour away never made it to the hotel. When I asked for proof of me checking in the receptionist hung up the phone once again.

I called late last night to make a reservation as I was driving in. After 30 minutes on the phone I had an email confirmation and had confirmed the reservation. But when I arrived they said it wasn't valid and that they were full. The whole thing seemed scammy and I'm worried about the personal info that I gave out trying to book the room.
