I have never written a negative review before, but I was disappointed by this experience. I canceled my appointment less than one hour outside of the stated 48-hour cancellation window. I reached out to the owner immediately to explain and ask if there was any flexibility, but my message was ignored and I was charged right away. I understand policies, but the lack of communication and willingness to discuss the situation was upsetting.

I discovered JJB on instagram after I saw an add for a “Velvet Hour” event that was hosted to view the gowns the store had to offer in a stress free environment. I was able to meet Taelor the owner, and other employees that helped me to figure out what style gown I loved. From there, I went back to JJB twice to find my dream dress. This is an amazing experience. Taelor made me feel so comfortable and beautiful while trying on a wonderful selection of gowns. I highly recommend this exquisite boutique to find THE dress!

I had the best experience at Juniper James! It was the first time I tried on bridal gowns and they made sure it was a wonderful time. Jenn was attentive and kind, and made sure that her suggestions were in line with ideas I had submitted before hand. I highly recommend making your appointment with Taelor and Jenn!

Taelor the owner was super sweet! Jenn was my stylist and she did a wonderful job at making me feel comfortable. Neither Taelor or Jenn tried to pressure me in any sort of way. JJB had a great atmosphere and I would recommend to other brides!
