Today was my first time ever trying on bridal gowns and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Jenn was extremely helpful and I felt so comfortable and safe. The decor in the space was magical and the selection of gowns was to-die-for! Thank you JJB for such a wonderful appointment! 💖

Their business is by choice in an apartment building where numerous college kids stay, they have unmarked spaces to park, and then they complain and have kids towed, even when the kids are moving out after graduation. Use someone else who is nice.

I had a great experience at Juniper James Bridal. I had a difficult situation, working to find something 3 months postpartum (since we have been married for several years already but am finally doing the religious ceremony we'd been planning to do). Lauren was fantastic in all ways, sensitive to concerns about fit being postpartum at this time, as well as my financial budget and time constraints. Great dress selection, beautiful salon, but the customer service & communication is severely lacking. I'd originally left an honest review after spending almost $2k with Juniper James. The owner then called me and guilt tripped me into changing my review to a 5-star review. After speaking with 3 other Juniper James brides who have had similar poor experiences, I believe it's important to leave an honest review so that other customers will know what to expect.
