This is October and we just received a bill from Juniper for April/May when my husband was in Westminster Healthcare for 10 days for rehab. Westminster Healthcare is a horrible place with incompetent staff but it is 10 minutes from home. I have never heard of the doctor listed on the bill and the name isn’t on the website. I have received an invoice for my father and when I tried to contact them at the number listed on the invoice, I get a recording from Verizon saying that the number dialed can not be completed. Two numbers found online, one went to a law firm and the other would not go through. I would like to pay this, but have some questions first.
Similar to the other review. My Aunt has received a bill from a provider in this network. The website does not go anywhere and the phone is constantly busy. I am not sure how to reach them and I am not familiar with this doctor or group. I take my aunt to all of her doctors appointments and I have never taken her to this office.
My father received a bill for care without any explanation. I have been calling the number listed on the invoice for over a month and it is constantly busy-even after hours. There is no email or other contact information listed. I do not intend to make payment until I am able to speak with someone.
