There are major problems at the Terrace. The management is terrible. We have been there for 8 years and I have never seen it so bad. We are looking at alternatives. There were problems before coronavirus after Juniper took over. Now, with the lockdown in place it is worse. I feel staff is mistreating my dad, delaying meds, not answering his call bell etc. because I expressed concerns about his care. The Terrace was always a place I would recommend, but not now. My mother was a resident at the Terrace. I was assured that she was "fine" except that after being discharged ( after a 2 day delay) she is now in hospice care. My complaints predate Coronavirus and have fallen on deaf ears in the community and management. DO NOT send your loved ones to the Terrace. If your loved ones are there please make sure you can confirm that they are actually ok.
There are several good nurses. However, the administration I was dealing was dishonest, manipulative.
RecommendedJuniper Communities is an incredible organization. Not only do they provide quality care for their residents, but they are a team of innovators who are always looking for ways to improve their communities and senior living as a whole. I'm impressed and inspired by their dedication to serving the needs of others!

Juniper staff, here in Colorado, are amazing!! Their communities are clean, welcoming and safe.
I highly recommend Juniper Village Williamstown for its 5 star quality of care. I have volunteered at serveral assisted livings and nursing homes since my retirement. I have witnessed first hand the compassion and care that each resident is shown by all who work there.
