Roaches roaches roaches!! The property management company could care less about standards. Roaches are a theme here. They bring their own spray. Never seen a professional exterminator. They deny that there's mold and mildew in the walls. Yet after a major two-hour flooding from an upstairs toilet into my apartment, there was zero concern for water damage. No dehumidifiers! Brought a fan two days later, only after I requested it. There's a stinch that doesn't wash off. Your clothes will smell like the ghetto, 24-7. This place... read more
Its a nice quiet place to live. The apartments r very nice and they r a good price . the ladies who work in the office r awesome too. I love it here.
