Terrible shop These guys are terrible at their work. I have never felt so robbed after going to this shop. The installers caused numerous problems with my car. They charged me tons of money for cheap stuff I could have bought at walmart. They will charge you a ridiculous amount of money for an install and then they will flea market wiring and will make it look like they changed it but really didn't. These guys are a total rip-off. Save yourself some time and money and don't go here.

AVOID THIS AMATEUR SHOP! To sum up my experience in a few bullets: - RUDE - UNPROFESSIONAL - EMBARASSING WORKSMANSHIP - POOR COMMUNICATION Stay away! I could have done a better job in much less time. They cut corners and the job looks like it was done at the flea market.

Poor work and over priced This places charges way to much and does a poor job. We had to go back a few times and never got it fixed.

VERY PLEASED! THEY DID A GREAT JOB, NOT NO FLEA MARKET GHETTO HOOK UP TYPE STUFF...CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT, THEY DIDN'T TRY TO GET OVER ON ME BECAUSE I WAS A GIRL, THEY PUT EVERYTHING ON THE TABLE AND LET ME CHOOSE THE PRICE OF WHAT I WANTED, UNLIKE THESE HOOD SHOPS THAT WILL SELL YOU SOME STUFF YOU DON'T NEED JUST BECAUSE YOUR A GIRL...I AM VERY PLEASED AND SO IS EVERY HOOD I RIDE THROUGH! Junior's Car Stereo is Garbage Go ing Juniors was the worst mastake I had made. I do instals for a liveing and cmpatition on the side, There product is no good, there polisy is no good and there install is no good. I found nothing at all good with juniors. I went about 5 min. down the road and got all my stuf for about 40% less and much better quality. Look around before going to juniors. Juniors should be a very lat resort.

horrible customer service, zero star for quality I went to JCS a few months ago because I was in the area and was in much need of an alarm for my Nissan Maxima. I had my car broken in to and had some valuables stolen and wanted to make sure it doesn't happen again. After they put the alarm in I was given a demo (very rudely) and I noticed that the alarm they showed me while selling it was different from the alarm that was installed. Junior's Car Stereo They have some of the latest stereo equipment for your car from LCD screens to 15 inch sub woofers. I've seen some installations from they're store and was impressed with the custom job. I wasn't really impressed by the customer service though.

Awesome guys over here...i decided last minute i wanted louder music in my 03 Chevy trailblazer and they hooked me up with an amp and a sub in a neat and tidy little box in my cargo area....very happy with the job. i even have an interlock on my car that makes it so the battery cant be unplugged but they were able to work around all of that with no issues

Super friendly staff eager to help customers with their every need. I didn’t get half the service these guys gave in San Jose where I live. Highly recommend! I will gladly drive further to see these guys no matter where I live in the bay!
