Writing this review to try to save someone time and money. Long story short, find a different supplier. We are in the process of a full home renovation. We have been using juniors for 3 months now for various materials. We have had nothing but trouble. They have some serious quality control issues. Their customer service is terrible, it has taken multiple times to get simple orders placed. Every time we had a load of lumber delivered, we had to have multiple pieces replaced. I’ve never felt more unwelcome anywhere in Ringgold. I was there with my husband today looking for several big item purchases for our reno project. Not once were we asked if we needed help. …But the ladies working had plenty of time to flirt with the contractors sitting at their counter. I will direct my real estate clients elsewhere.
