I usually don’t leave negative reviews and I’m not the type of person who likes creating conflict, but the owner’s attitude was honestly unacceptable. From the moment I called to ask about a tire size, she already had an attitude and kept interrupting me with comments like “let me talk.” I brushed it off because I figured maybe she was just having a bad day. Great greeting and staff family owned and I recommend anyone going for price and hospitality
I came in to have several wheels unmounted, and while one of the employees was working on one of my wheels I asked what I thought was a very normal question. I told them I also have a set of expensive Mercedes rims that I’d like unmounted and asked if they had the equipment and experience to do it without scratching them.
