I lived there for 20 months. It was a FANTASTIC experience. The spaces are humongous, the tenants were all friendly and Shaina the building manager is a saint. I bought a house now but I miss this place at times!
Such a beautiful building with friendly residents! Landlords are readily available, easily reachable (also quickly responsive!). Maintenance requests are followed through within 24-28 hours always! As for the units... breathtaking! The industrial/modern feel of each floor layout will make you feel right at home, and comfortable. As a night-shift worker, I was incredibly surprised at how these walls & windows keep most of the outside noise blocked out. You truly get all of the “bang for your buck” with these lofts.
