Junior and his team did a phenomenal job on my car after my accident. I did not think that my car would look so much better than when I first purchased it. It was like brand new!! They are extremely professional and treat you like family once they are servicing your vehicle. I would surely recommend Juniors shop bc you will not be disappointed. I went to Junior Auto Body Solutions LLC after someone sideswiped my truck and took off. I needed a new driver-side mirror, bumper, rim, and several dents repaired. They made the entire process incredibly convenient. They provided an on-site rental—clean, full tank of gas, and ready to go. When my truck was finished, they returned it washed, cleaned, and with a full tank as well. They even helped me with an oil change and contacted my insurance company to make everything go smoothly. I had a terrible experience here. On 08/30, I arrived after 9:30 a.m. as scheduled to drop off my car to replace a broken back window. No one was in the office for nearly two hours — I waited around with only three mechanics present who couldn’t help me, getting bitten by mosquitoes, until the secretary finally showed up. Honestly was disappointed with how I was treated. The guy suggested me to get my work done at a “Bengali” shop. Normally I wouldn’t even bother with the effort for a bad review but I felt insulted and disrespected when all I tried to do was go to this shop for help.
