First and foremost this is a really nice guy, former Army, who has done Combat duty for our country, and proudly hangs Accomodations on this wall. Aside from that, when I entered his shop he stopped what he was doing and asked what he could help with. I had recently upgraded to Windows 10 and somehow the the system booted the local login user name and some sort of Microsoft windows Account and melded. Took our computer to Alex because it wasn't working right. It was slow, and would hang up and take forever to download pictures. Alex took it apart and cleaned it first, and then ran programs to clean up a bunch of viruses that our sons had downloaded while gaming. The computer works great and it was a lot cheaper than buying a new one. If you have issues with your computer, or even if you just have questions, stop in and talk to Alex.
