i really love taking amelia’s strength and sculpt class! she’s very instructive and really makes you work for it. she also plays great music that helps boost your energy, and her energy is top tier!!
Always a great workout! All instructors are such great teachers and help give modifications and guidance to any moves. Also love the vibe in the space! Definitely a favorite!!

I’ve been going to Jungle since Day 1 and I love it! The trainers are amazing and uplifting, the classes are challengingly empowering, and I love the level of community I find in everyone who goes to the classes. Edit, 2 years later - this place is still my absolute favorite place to workout in all of Dallas. The community continues to be my favorite part, but the classes continue to be challenging and every instructor brings their own flair to the formats. I cannot recommend it enough!
