For more than 50 years, visitors have traveled on the stately Jungle Queen Riverboat. Tours sail past estates while an entertaining monologue by the captain points out the homes of the famous and the infamous. On three-hour day tours or four-hour dinner voyages you can sail to an island where you will dine amid tropical foliage. Evening cruises feature a dinner of barbecued ribs and shrimp, with a variety revue and sing-a-long cruising back.

It was an excellent day out with the kiddos! The only thing I would suggest is more animal encounters. I would have loved to be able to hold one of the little monkeys in addition to the bird and gator. My kids loved it!

This is a must do if you are visiting Ft Lauderdale. We do it every time we are here. Groupon for $40. Just the boat ride alone is worth that- add a delicious all you can eat ribs, chicken and shrimp dinner with live entertainment, a fun variety show - a 4 hour adventure you will be happy you made!

YAAY for a great time! Thank you for sharing your feedback! Next time you should try our afternoon tropical isle cruise. It’s lots of fun. Exotic animals. An Alligator show. And, you can hold a baby alligator and an exotic bird and get your picture taken with them. You’ll love it.
Cruise was relaxing and enlightening. So many yachts and expensive mansions!
Great tour guide. we arrived and the food was spectacular!! Our server was awesome, we were one of the last people to show up in the dining hall so the side dishes were gone and our server made sure to bring us more!! Lots of animals to see. Over all a great time. Just bring a light coat next time cause it is a little breezy!!

If I don't make it off the Jungle Queen, we were stranded at sea. Its 10.15pm, I've been on this boat waiting for a drawbridge to open for over an hour and the crew hasn't provided any update. Our kids are cranky and tired, so am I. I know it's not the Jungle Queen's fault the bridge isn't opening, but their lack of communication has left 400 passengers angry. We could have returned to the property, taken an Uber, and been back to our hotel over an hour ago.

We do sincerely apologize for the bridge problem, and the frustration that it caused. Unfortunately, we have no control over the bridges. We usually do wait for approximately 30-45 minutes to determine if the bridge can be lifted and we can then continue with the Jungle Queen back to the dock. If not, we do have an extensive plan to have the ship bring guests back to our beautiful tropical isle, and in an orderly and organized manner, safely transport them back to their cars as soon as possible. The cruise is worth the Groupon price only. The boat is decent. The tour guide is pretty corny. The island was cute nice for pictures Dinner could be more organized for seating Most tables were eating before we sat it felt rushed. The ribs and shrimp were good.
