Great place for the kids, bad place to have a hangover.
Half of the toys don’t work! They take your coins! Customer service at the front is 2/10 not very welcoming at all. I have them a 2 star because of one of their male staff inside who has really good customer service. I would not recommend to a friend and not planning on visiting again
My son loved it
Our experience at Jungle Jac’s was very disappointing. Many of the arcade machines where kids put coins in to play were broken or not working properly. Some machines took the money but didn’t start the game, and others failed to give out tickets or prizes. It was very frustrating for the kids, and when we asked staff for help, they weren’t supportive. For a family place like this, I expected the games and machines to be maintained properly, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case
If you are coming here for a fun afternoon just remember one thing: bring money. If you have a little one between 1 and 3 years, the price is $17.99. I think it’s a bit expensive for a one year old who was tagging along with an older sibling and didn’t play very much. In any case, my older kid had fun. I didn’t pay the additional cost for going on the bumper cars or trampoline, but I did buy some tokens for the arcade games.
