Used them once through our warranty 3 years ago and called them on our own today. They had someone out this afternoon. New condenser in 5 minutes and done! Highly recommend and will always call them first.

Took two days to come did a fast look at all systems and agreed it was the thermostat. Promised to get information on a replacement "buy out" and never heard back. Second call since he never fixed the problem, again 2 days later called discussed the issue promised to provide the necessary information for a replacement and never came, but canceled... read more
