Rude, made raciest comment about my Insurance employees. Never did the work, Run, avoid at all cost.Called about an air conditioner thermostat problem via my home warranty company. Took two days to come did a fast look at all systems and agreed it was the thermostat. Promised to get information on a replacement "buy out" and never heard back. Second call since he never fixed the problem, again 2 days later called discussed the issue promised to provide the necessary information for a replacement and never came, but canceled... read more
