I wish I could give negative stars. Unprofessional, rude and no privacy. I filed 3 privacy complaints and what happens? Dr. Kwon shared my information again. Now I have to waste more time filing another privacy complaint. If you need care and privacy don’t waste your time here. Staff is rude and incompetent as well. Hard to do your job right when you’re staring at your phone and eating. **Update compliance found in my favor, my privacy was violated all 3 times.

She knows everything, so the red flags I have in place on my account are irrelevant to her. Staff is lazy and rude.
