I wish I could give negative stars. Unprofessional, rude and no privacy. I filed 3 privacy complaints and what happens? Dr. Kwon shared my information again. Now I have to waste more time filing another privacy complaint. If you need care and privacy don’t waste your time here. Staff is rude and incompetent as well. Hard to do your job right when you’re staring at your phone and eating.
I wish I could give negative stars. The doctor shared my private information after being told many, many times not to. She knows everything, so the red flags I have in place on my account are irrelevant to her. Staff is lazy and rude. They stay on their phones and eat, then talk trash about patients in the waiting room. The girl checked me in for the lab instead of my appointment even after I said appointment twice. Dr. Kwon is an expert in her field, knowledgeable about many obscure conditions, and I am thankful every chance I get to see her.
Great doctor. She is very knowledgeable, but it is so hard to get an appointment with her. I need to see her every 6 months, and I can never schedule the appointment before I leave my appt. because she only has appts. 3 months out. This is a big inconvenience to call back exactly at the 3 month mark. If you miss the day to call, she is booked out months, and it is very hard to get in to see her timely.
