Absolutely spectacular customer care and support. My Volvo need a big repair that took a couple weeks for parts and installation. The quote was very accurate (actual cost was 250 less than the estimate). Communication was great. I was able to complete all of the transactions over the phone (thanks Alicia!). They made all accommodations to fit my schedule. I will never go anywhere else.
My wife and I worked with Perry Hagen and Mike Marsack to purchase a new Volvo XC-90. Delightful experience, never felt any pressure at all. Perry was responsive to our questions before we decided to buy and worked with us to make sure we were making a good choice for our situation. I would recommend working with them. Also enjoying the car so far.
They’re okay… Wouldn’t say it was the worst experience, but I was disappointed with the amount of effort it took to leave with a car the same day and some promises fell through after the car was bought. Would’ve been easier to buy through the Volvo website, and then I could’ve got the exact car and trim I wanted if I had gone the online route. Next time I will likely skip the dealership.
