We sold our house to a very nice family who were represented by this agent. It was an unusual transaction: the family had sold their home and were trying to find something in our area, but were outbid a couple of times and there was no inventory available; so they heard through common friends that we were considering selling; they saw the house and indicated that they will put a formal offer in at the price that we gave them. I wonder how she got such great reviews. Twice we have submitted a contract to her with an offer for a house she was the agent for sale. Twice she did not respond with an offer or counter offer . DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO CALL OUR AGENT BACK!!! I have sold and bought houses and have never dealt with such unprofessional inconsiderate person.
Tina is an extensive amount of experience. If you are buying, she will beat out any competition. If you are selling, she will get you top dollar for your home. She also offers many benefits to her selling clients, then other realtors in STL too! Give her a call and she will be able to tell you more.
