I have been coming to Jinu’s Alterations for probably 15 years. I regularly visit because I am short and need tweaks to most of my clothing. She is kind, hardworking, and skilled at getting my clothes done the way I need them…and in a timely fashion.
Excellent tailoring and June is very sweet.
Absolutely terrible experience. I went in to get a jacket and pants tailored for an upcoming event. I told the owner I needed them by next Friday; she laughed and said not a problem, come back Tuesday or Wednesday. Then she handed me a tiny scrap of paper on which she wrote 1x Jacket, 1x pants -- no other identifying information. I went back the following Wednesday and she had no idea what items I was looking for. I handed her the slip of paper and she said, what is this? Very high quality work and able to do quick turnarounds. I'd come here again for my tailoring needs.
I have used June's services before and not been unhappy with them. However, this time when I visited she had a serious attitude. Not going back.
