From the moment I walked in, Katy made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Her kindness and professionalism were evident throughout my entire appointment. Although my appointment took longer than expected, it was clear she was taking her time for all the right reasons, she genuinely wanted to treat my hair properly and make sure everything was done with care. I am in awe at her professionalism and how she is intentional about providing an experience. I was blown away at the shampoo bowl so much that I booked my second appointment while I was sitting at that shampoo bowl on my first visit. I’ve been going to Katy for close to two years for 2 strand twists. She is the most kind, caring, and passionate person when it comes to my hair. I’m tender headed and she’s always been so gentle when handling my hair. The best person to go to if you want 2 strand twists or any hairstyle like locs, braids, etc. in Columbia!
