My wonderful elderly neighbor just moved out of her home and Junell Group (who sold the home) sent out, what at first glance appeared to be a personal letter from her to all the neighbors. What it actually was is a cheesy advertisement that was more likely written by AI and "signed" at the bottom with her first name and last initial (likely to avoid legal issues). This is extremely nasty and I will be letting everyone know how these disgusting people do business. Do NOT use your client's names by proxy for your sales!
