Special shout out to Capt. Dirk, Emma, Olivia, and Brandy for making the trip so much fun. You can feel the genuine excitement from the crew. Capt. Dirk went out of his way to take our group to see Ocras, one of the tour guides was on vacation but came with us just to see the whales, Olivia and Emma knew their stuff and were just as excited as wee were, and Brandy was a lot of fun and just loved her town. The crew loves what they do, making the whole experience so much more enjoyable!
Emily, Kelley and Capt. Dirk did an amazing job today sharing their clear passion for whales and Alaska! They did everything possible to share the whales at their best. We saw seven in a communal eating and four breeches! Very informative and open to all questions. I'm a huge fan of being with people who have a passion about what they do, each of them showed amazing energy. THANK YOU!
Captain Jason his crew Olivia and Brenden were amazing! Got to see several bubble feedings! An amazing trip! Captain Jason was great with my 8 yr old daughter and Brendan was so smart and very educational.
Loved Emma and Alex! They were awesome! Took us to see some amazing bubble netting and were full of information.
Captain T and Emma were the best! We saw lots of whales but respected them and their space.

Thank you guys for being so accommodating when our reservation got glitched. We had a great tour and had more than enough time at the glacier. Let's start with the positive...Tom was a great tour guide! We thoroughly enjoyed our tour around town and out to Mendenhall Glacier! He was informative, funny, and you could tell he loves the beauty of Alaska!! The negative...Somehow between Lam who sold us the excursion and someone with Juneau tours, they overbooked the summer camp dog sled excursion and called us 15 min before our tour and cancelled our excursion due to a "technical" oversight and overbooking.
