Got to this location on Monday to schedule for a recall on my Subaru Forester. Got there and was greeted by a nice gentleman that put me on the schedule to come back on Thursday at 8am for the repair. Got there on Thursday, they write the service ticket and ask me if I need a ride back home, I kindly say yes. As im standing there the guy who wrote my ticket comes back up to me 15 minutes later giving me my keys back and says sorry but we can't do the repair because we don't have this part. My wife and I were traveling for a few days to Juneau and forgot our credit cards at home, rendering our rental plans useless. The guys over at Subaru were able to help us out with a loaner and saved our entire trip. Thank you so much!
