Juneau Self Storage staff was very professional and courteous, I called to find out about availability and ended up renting from them that phone call! Kind and thoughtful folks, I would recommend!
The prices are decent. There’s a good variety of storage sizes. I like you can do everything online EXCEPT pick your unit. Which would be very helpful. Otherwise it would’ve been five stars.
Always helpful & informative (even though I called several times!!), worked with me to get just what I needed, and was a wonderful experience!
Professional staff that are generally just a phone call/email away. Text and pay online has made the experience well worth keeping my stuff safe...and out of my house to clutter.
