Great experience, was extremely easy to set up an account and sign a lease. Got access to my storage unit the same day. Easy to go in and out of the premises with the provided code. Not my first time leasing a unit with Juneau Self Storage and will be back next season!
Stephanie in the office was great help, had all the right answer and information. Was quick and very professional.
Stephanie was nice enough to get my son's ashes, my pictures and important paper work back for me. She went above and beyond to make sure I got my irreplaceable back. I can't say en I ugh wonderful thongs about Stephanie, you r employee. I l9st my storage because my bank canceled my card & gave me a new one & they told me 5o call those I had on auto pay and to give new # to thos3 i wanted to keep on auro pay.
