We stared renting a unit here back in 2012. Since we have started renting a storage unit with Juneau Self Storage our monthly rates have increased by over $200.00. They blame increased cost but for a unit that has no heat and only one light bulb I don’t see how that could be. Our rates are now $326.00. I have told them that we will not pay this rate and they are to stop taking the autopayment for the past 4 months and yet they continue to auto debit the payment even though they have promised to stop and refuse to refund the ... read more
