While struggling with finding a diagnosis and having received a promise from Dr. Dooley to review my labs in detail, she glibbly stated my labs were normal when in fact I had abnormal test results. When questioned about the abnormal results and doing further testing she exploded in rage, literally spitting in my face while screaming at me.
