Excellent, quality work on repairing instruments. I have an old vintage tenor that gets all the TLC it needs from Bill Paulick. He won't stop until it's done RIGHT! He is also very reasonable with his prices. Thanks Bill...don't know what we'd do without you!
I'm amazed and delighted to encounter a musical repairman of Bill's ability in a city of Juneau's very modest size. I had a sax equipment failure while I was in town as the jazz artist in residence for Juneau Jazz and Classics. Bill was able to help me out on short notice. He not only replaced the spring that had broken but noticed a couple other things that were out of alignment and fixed them. The result: my horn played noticeably better than before the whole incident. I'm VERY impressed and grateful!
Just want to acknowledge Bill... He worked into the dark on a Sunday night to help out an Alaska State Trooper. Thank you!
