This Auto Dealership lacks an understanding of true customer service. They are scammers and have been referred to the Better Business Bureau of Alaska due to their service or better stated "lack of service". Recently a car was purchased that they claim to have given a full inspection on in addition to have serviced. Agreed on a price to sell a vehicle; went back was offerred 500 less agreed and was imediatly told that they need a day to think about it. These guys are total clowns.
I was given a price for my trade in, I picked the vehicle that I wanted and offed a fair price under their asking. It was accepted. We closed the deal. They even let me take it home a few days before the closing paperwork was finalized. Doesn't get much easier than that!!
