Very poor customer service. I brought my car in for an oil change and left with a broken strut. Called the owner to tell him the situation and he was very disrespectful and hung up the phone. I called back and he wouldn’t come back on the phone. I love supporting small businesses, but I will never go here nor recommend this place again.

My air suspension froze up today in the -40 temps. Zero work needed other than needing to sit in garage and warm up. I could understand slipping a 20$ or even $50 for doing me a solid but instead I got a $237 bill. THAWING!
On August 25 this summer on a Saturday afternoon they got me in since I was on my donut from Moose lake and had 2 tires that I needed to continue on to Duluth for a wedding. Thank you 😊!
Didn’t balance my tires right the first time or the second. Had to bring my car to a different shop to fix the problem. They where suppose to get back to me about my two tires the screwed up and wore funny. Still no phone call. I will not be coming back to Carlton Junction. I will also spread the word about there poor service. (Not the only time I have had issues with them)
We were visiting Cloquet and got a flat. They got us back on the road right away. Thanks!
