Posting on behalf of my elderly parents, who are staying at Junction Kew Apartments right now (winter) but wouldn't know how to leave a review. They have had a terrible experience with their stay. The heating turns off at night, the cover on the bed is light, and there are no spare blankets. This led to my parents having to rug up in all their clothes to be able to sleep.
