Looked up the business hours to see they were open and called to make an appointment, she answered the phone “PAM” with a rude tone and when I asked if they were open (because I was making an appointment) she yelled at me that they’re closed on sundays and mondays and are by appointment only and hung up on me.
Called in to ask for appointment for haircut for son who has seen Pam and who answered phone when I called. Answered phone very rudely PAM. No hi this is Pam and name of business or hi how can I help. I proceeded to ask if she has any openings for haircut and immediately she screams no and informs me that it's back to school and she is only one there. Very very rude and would not take my son there ever again. Did not ask me a day or time or anything. I guess she is booked till forever.
