Great car wash! Professional service every time!
We have visited this car wash two days in a row, and the high-pressure water at the beginning of the wash is not working. Today I asked, and they said it will only be fixed next week. My concern is that we are paying for a full service, but we are not receiving the full service. When I mentioned this at reception, the response was, “there’s plenty of water there,” which is not an appropriate way to handle the situation.
