Better late than never. I’ve lived here 3 years and some months, I’ve definitely enjoyed the community and residents here. I had the pleasure of meeting a bunch of people and even grew close to the leasing office staff. I definitely will miss Geneva, Sam, and others. The maintenance team was amazing as well. If you are looking for great community, this is your place to be.
I'm living here for 5 years, it was good before, but I think they changed the management team this year, then everything goes terrible now, the hallway used be nice and clean but now you can see stain every where, I also saw cockroachs. The previous management team would repair anything within 24 hours, public issue normally fixed within 48 hours, but now we can see the garage gate never closed, the theft incident happens all the time, and the elevator never work again this whole year, sometimes they would sent email to upda... read more
If I could pay to give zero stars to this apartment and their respective company, I would. But I cannot, so instead I am left paying an incredulous amount for the following: Low construction quality- months of "we have no updates on ongoing construction" (Construction on amenities WE pay for using) Constant miscommunication in rental team affecting residents- Each time speaking with reps, I received different answers to quite frankly, easy questions, and was forced to request the same rep for an answer that stayed constant. ... read more
I've been a licensed broker/realtor specializing in multi-family housing for over 20 years now, and I recommend Junction at Galatyn Park if you're considering moving. I've had 3 clients move in here since 2019, and the feedback's been great from all of them. Willow Bridge does a great job managing the property, and I encourage you to take a tour. Definitely worth considering if you're wanting to be in the Cityline area, close to the downtown Planoarea, or a short drive to the Firewheel.
