Absolutely love JGP! It is safe, so quiet, family friendly, and just a wonderful community! The leasing staff are incredible and have been so helpful with every little thing that I may need! Sam is the BEST! So helpful, kind, goes above and beyond for even the little things, and genuinely listens so well!
I’ve been living here for almost a year and I love it! The complex is very safe and clean. I’ve never had any complaints! The management really cares and it shows!
Update 2: the 2nd pest control was great! We see no more roaches after the 2nd pest control. —————————————————— Update: roaches problem is serious here. We just moved here for 1.5 month. Our apartment is in 4th floor but we have seen 3 bug roaches so far. We are submitting the 2nd pest control ticket now. Hope it works this time… —————————————————— Trish is GREAT! They recently installed the new lockers which increasing a lot of capacities of to minimize stolen packages issues. However, we still lost a good number of packages due to no doorman and lack of securities. However, the newly adopted payment system didn’t take my auto pay for the second month then they charged us 160 for the late fee. They refuse to remove the late fee. I haven’t not moved in here yet, but from the moment I walked in, I was taken care of with amazing staff who were able to answer all my questions and show me around this amazing property! The amenities look amazing, the package lockers are conveniently located, the property is clean, and the amenities are open longer than the place I am currently!
