Good and neat environment. My Move-in experience is great. Leasing office staffs are very friendly and happy to assist me. I hope it continues :)
I’m very happy with my experience at Junction Galatyn Park. The community is peaceful and beautiful. The team at JGP is exceptionally helpful and attentive, always going above and beyond. It’s a pleasure to live somewhere where the management and maintenance team is dedicated to providing excellent service.
Unfortunately wasn't able to tour the apartment because their system can't verify ID after 3 tries 🤷♂️ Very frustrating. If you booked online, make sure to call and check if the ID verification. Else don't waste your time. No exceptions to tour if the system doesn't recognize your ID lol
They don’t value your time if you make an appointment you gonna wait for over half an hour!
Absolutely love JGP! It is safe, so quiet, family friendly, and just a wonderful community! The leasing staff are incredible and have been so helpful with every little thing that I may need! Sam is the BEST! So helpful, kind, goes above and beyond for even the little things, and genuinely listens so well!
