I've been a licensed broker/realtor specializing in multi-family housing for over 20 years now, and I recommend Junction at Galatyn Park if you're considering moving. I've had 3 clients move in here since 2019, and the feedback's been great from all of them. Willow Bridge does a great job managing the property, and I encourage you to take a tour. Definitely worth considering if you're wanting to be in the Cityline area, close to the downtown Planoarea, or a short drive to the Firewheel.
People..be careful. Nice building until you leave. They will come back to you with many additional charges - surprises. Very disappointed. People need to be aware of this. Terrible experience
I stopped by to inquire about touring any two-bedroom units with my partner. When I walked into the leasing office, no one greeted us or acknowledged our presence. Two agents were sitting at their desks. There was no one else in the office but the four of us. We spoke to them. The older African-American gentleman told me that he was booked up for today. Mysterious charges all the time on my rental portal. My maintenance requests have also gone unanswered. They towed my car because management put the wrong license plate in the system as well and provided no apologies. Had to pay $350 to get it back.
Low construction quality throughout — cheap paint, cheap locks, cheap door hardware. Nearly every door latch has failed. When my bathroom door latch failed I was locked out for a day. The sprinkler system is cheap and bursts nearly every freeze. My unit got hit this year. The repair crew did more damage than the flood. Multiple conversations with the front office has not helped this. I came home tonight to find my bed and bedroom emptied because of their poorly planned repair schedule.
