Front office staff, Sam, Genevieve and Shannon? Were always very helpful, Kind, patient and friendly. Also very knowledgeable. Service engineers were professional, courteous, and reliable. Everyone made our stay feel like home! Much appreciated!
Loved it here! Felt very welcome and at home. A lil pricey for the 1 bedrooms- you can def find cheaper and more bang for your buck. But if you got it, splurge! 4 things that didn't get the last star. 1. Our neighbors were a pain. They lived on the 1st floor and would bang on the ceiling everyday. We had a dog.. so we couldn't let them be dogs and felt like we had to lock them up and tip-toe around our home. It was exhausting. 2. I had a motorcycle, and caught someone trying to steal it. I’m very happy with my experience at Junction Galatyn Park. The community is peaceful and beautiful. The team at JGP is exceptionally helpful and attentive, always going above and beyond. It’s a pleasure to live somewhere where the management and maintenance team is dedicated to providing excellent service.
Unfortunately wasn't able to tour the apartment because their system can't verify ID after 3 tries 🤷♂️ Very frustrating. If you booked online, make sure to call and check if the ID verification. Else don't waste your time. No exceptions to tour if the system doesn't recognize your ID lol
