The most exceptional level of customer service that i’ve ever experienced. I was kind of nervous at first being in a new city with my wife but Travis and Darcene make you feel right at home after five minutes of talking to them. Definitely recommend to anyone!
I have lived here for a year in December. I have really enjoyed the complex , so much so that I decided to release for another year. The complex is kept clean, safe, quiet for living in the thick of south end and everyone is friendly. I’ve had a good experience with the management company, currently I go to Sloan or Travis if I have questions or need anything , both are extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. Maintenance team is also nice and address work orders timely (within 24 hrs of making a request). Nice pool and ... read more
Sloan was amazing. Helped us overcome a few obstacles in the application process and continued to check in on us. He and Darcene seem to truly care about the experience the residents have here.
