Raúl our maintenance technician is so helpful and responds to the requests immediately. Takes care of all issues expeditiously and is so helpful.
The maintenance team at Junction 15 are the very best, they always respect your home if your home or not home. They come in and attend what you need them to do and never leave a mess… always so respectful, professional and nice. Those 5 stars are well deserved.
This was one of the smoothest processes Ive had from applying to signing my lease with any complex. They were quick to reply/answer all of my questions, and I had quite a few, perhaps even some dumb ones but still they answered with a smile. I prefer to talk in person so this has been a pleasant experience. Even after moving in I have gone to speak with them on a few things, they still have the same friendly manner.
