I have been very happy to call Junction 15 my home for the past 2.5 years. Raul has been super responsive, prompt and kind with all of our maintenance requests during our stay. The units and amenities are great and the leasing office staff are polite and respectful. The management sends reminders from time to time to update your parking information, so make sure you do it actively so that you don't get towed!
The maintenance team and office staff have been incredibly attentive and kind. I've never once felt like my concerns weren't important to them. They handle everything with such professionalism. Super grateful to have lived at this complex.
Raul in maintenance has been extremely sweet and helpful since I’ve moved in. Being prompt and helpful with requests and caring a lot for me making the move in to a new place very comfortable.
