About this business
We learned about Big Al's when we asked two locals where they went to eat. They were kind of reluctant to tell us, kind of glanced at each other and then gave up the name. We went at 1:30 on a Friday, and there was always a line to order the entire 45 minutes we were there. The limited menu is cooked to order, so there is about a ten minute wait for your food. The food is hit and miss and management could use a little more education in compassionate service. Honesty is great but when someone comes to you and says their food is cold and hard... Don't tell them to come back another day. Love the waffle fries though they seem to stay consistant!!
