I appreciate the professionalism and efficiency of Dr. Reyes and the staff.
I didn't receive a survey after my previous visit. So, I'll comment on this servey. After my previous cleaning, the dentist was busy with another patient. It was taking awhile (20 minutes or so). So, I when given the option to leave or wait, I chose to leave for work. Unfortunately, that means I left without a good enough understanding of how my dental condition might have changed from the prior visit. The lack of info contributed to my delayed action and will cost me in the near future. Something to learn from.
I appreciated the phone call the day before reminding me to take my medicine before the visit. If not for the call - I likely would have forgotten!
