I wasn't sure what to expect going in to get a crown but it wasn't bad at all & everyone in this office is always so friendly.
Love Dr. Reyes and his staff, he's been my dentist for some time and will keep being a happy patient.
Hello! I enjoyed my visit, and everyone was very friendly and I didn't feel rushed during my appointment at all! I do have one suggestion which may help you with other patients. I received my Proposed Treatment Plan which included fees and the amounts that I will owe. The amounts that I owe on the plan seemed high to me, and the amounts didn't reflect any contracted amounts through MetLife, so Tracy wrote them down for me (thank you, Tracy!). Great time at a dentist office... Don't usually say that!
I was taken immediately upon arriving with minimal wait which was very nice. The hygienist took my x-rays and the doctor saw me very quickly and then I had my cleaning. The hygienist was very loquacious and friendly, although I could not participate very much in the conversations. It was a pleasant visit.
