I was spoken to very disrespectfully on the phone regarding the status of a vehicle. The employee said my questions were already answered, that they “didn’t have time for this,” and then, I was then hung up on. I get that sometimes work can be a lot and customer service can be exhausting, but this kind of treatment is unacceptable.

Unfortunately, we are unable to give you info you were asking for because of this reason. HIPPA laws do apply here. The person you spoke with explained this to you 2 days in a row. RecommendedI'm really impressed with the customer service and quality of work I've received at Junaks. Karen Junak, Dan and the rest of the staff are honest and trustworthy. Karen took the time to personally call me because she knew I was very upset about something that happened to my car. (nothing they did btw)... From now on I'll have confidence taking my car to get repairs. That's honestly something I couldn't say before. Anyone who has a vehicle knows that's priceless! Thanks again.
I am extremely satisfied with every single person I have dealt with at Junak's. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me get my car fixed. Welcomed me like they were a family member working on my car. After an accident, my car looks better than it did before I left it with them! Big shout out to Karen for everything she did for me.

They're very knowledgeable and caring. Pricing is below average.
Crooks. Charged us $80.00 to move our car from the side of the building to the back of the building. We could have seriously pushed the car the distance. Bunch of crooks.
