ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE, COMPLETE SCAM! DON’T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME. I have had several no call/no show with 3 different doctor’s, extremely unprofessional. Company tried to charge my insurance without providing services. Office manager, Fassil, is rude, unprofessional, and a liar. It now makes sense why in the past 6 months, 8 employees have quit. Definitely filing a complaint with the NYS State Licensing Board!! DISGUSTING TO TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS!!
