I feel the same way as other patients so I’m from Boston Massachusetts and had some of the best doctors in my life and she was the worst. I literally talk to her through the computer and she said I was bipolar. I’m 37 years old I got admitted to the hospital for being drunk, which is embarrassing and yes, I like to drink, but I’m not bipolar. Dr He is uniquely bad at her job. In my experience with her over a few days, I witnessed her acting spitefully towards patients, demonstrating a clear lack compassion, and showing utter contempt for the clinical staff and patients she encountered. Out of the dozens of clinicians I have encountered over the years, Jun He stands out as being poorly suited to taking care of people.
She gets 1 star for showing up to the appointment and 1 good star for leaving! She showed no patience towards my elderly in-law. Was very frustrated upon arrival. No time to listen. Left inaccurate notes on medial chart. She is either very inexperienced (I don't think so), or she's very burnt out and needs to retire. No one should experience how she made us feel.
