My experience with them was simply awful. First, the website was so glitchy I couldn't complete the transaction so I had to try many many times, and when it finally did go through it posted twice on my account. I emailed them, got no reply but thankfully got an email from the manager asking about the next day and so we resolved it. So far so good. Then I discovered it was sent UPS and immediately got worried because I had just had a package disappeared that was supposed to be delivered by them and couldn't get any resolution... read more
