My 12-year-old son found Jumpin Beanz on Google while we were on a road trip. For whatever reason, he was determined to drive 35 minutes out of our way just to try it—and I'm glad we did! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we walked in. I ordered a coffee, my son had a caramel macchiato, and we each grabbed a muffin. If you want to spend 20mins PLUS in drive thru then this is your place!! I waste more time in the line and end up leaving (bc I have no more time to wait). The ppl are nice, everything is nice here except speedy service. I understand they make things to order but it’s ridiculous to wait THAT long in a drive thru. Every time I come here I’m reminded why I go elsewhere!! We pay enough I think the service needs to be faster.
