We reserved a day for my son's 4th birthday party, and showed up on that day to find out they had double booked us with another party. While very frustrated, I understand it happens sometimes. My issue is with the way it has been handled since. The owner will not refund us as she promised. It has now been a month, and they will not answer the phone nor send us our refund money. My boyfriend and I been calling this place ALL WEEK to rent a jumper for my sons birthday , trying to get prices and pictures, Every time I speak with someone they say give me 15 minutes and I’ll send you pictures and prices ! I never hear back from anyone. I’m over it trying to do business with them.
The kids loved playing there; however, the building needs some renovations and a good cleaning. Again, the kids LOVED it.
