WORST PLACE IN TOWN By far the WORST place I have ever been!! Tried to enjoy my daughter's birthday as best as possible, but with it being 84 degrees inside an inflatable bounce place and the manager refusing to turn the AC on it was the worst birthday party we have ever had. Don't go if you have toddlers under 2 We had a bad experience here. I have a 22 month old and a 3 year old. I've been to numerous bounce places (Bounce U, Monkey Joe's, etc) and I've never had a problem with my younger son being able to bounce. Not here. They won't let any children under 2 bounce. BEWARE parents of young children. So basically, my younger son was upset that he couldn't follow his brother and we didn't get to bounce at all. Great party, highly recommend We had a wonderful birthday party at JumpZone in Cary for my 5-yr-old son, and I would recommend this place to anyone with younger kids who like to jump around without being jumped on by older, rowdy kids. Not Recommended - Save some money and go to Monkey Joes!! I had recently heard of Jump!Zone through friends and decided to try it because it was closer to our home than the trek out to Monkey Joes (Crossroads is a mess). First, Jump!Zone is overpriced by a few dollars and because I have more than two kids, that adds up. The first time I went I was overcharged and they gave me the run around and then did not comp me on the second visit due to the error. JUMP ZONE JUMP ZONE on Route 55 is AWESOME! We love it here and go regularly! The manager Mike is friendly and attentive. The staff is wonderful with the kids and we have never had a problem. A great place - safe, clean, large inflatables, lots of room!
Jumpzone Cary, NC I really like this place, both of my girls have had their birthday parties here and it's just wonderful. It is clean and the kids always have a great time.
Terrible - Not recommended This place is terrible. Be careful. The inflatables are not well supervised, so even if you're watching your own children there is no assistance to manage other children. The inflatables are all taped up and cause injuries to the children when they catch the tape on the way down. To make matters worse - the man Mike behind the counter couldn't be more rude and insulting. Bounce at your own risk.
Wonderful Indoor Entertainment for Kids! My 3 year old son had a WONDERFUL time here today. It was our first time going and we will for sure be back! Staff was great. They have little stools to help those smaller ones get into the inflatables. Large variety of inflatables with cool features. They have plenty of seating for parents and air hockey was a blast as well (and FREE!) Can't beat the cost and location for a few hours of non stop fun!
