Overall I’m satisfied with my treatment results and experience with the office. One thing I wish had been communicated more clearly was the retention phase. I was given a single set of passive Invisalign trays to be used as retainers, when I was expecting something more traditional and durable like Vivera or Essix. So just a word of caution to future patients, you may want to clarify the exact type of retainers included in your treatment plan before signing the contract.
Dr. Connie and her entire team were extremely professional throughout my entire process. I always had a small gap between my two front teeth and Dr. Ling and her team were able to close my gap. I love my smile now! They kept me informed throughout the process and answered all my questions. In addition to my front teeth, they worked on the irregular spacing between my back teeth as well.
