About a year ago, we brought our daughter to Jump Smiles Orthodontics for an assessment. Going into the appointment, we thought she would only need Invisalign to close the gap between her two front teeth. After Dr. Connie Ling completed a thorough examination, we learned that a number of other teeth also needed to be rotated and repositioned to achieve proper alignment. Overall I’m satisfied with my treatment results and experience with the office. One thing I wish had been communicated more clearly was the retention phase. I was given a single set of passive Invisalign trays to be used as retainers, when I was expecting something more traditional and durable like Vivera or Essix. So just a word of caution to future patients, you may want to clarify the exact type of retainers included in your treatment plan before signing the contract.
